While it may be challenging and potentially uncomfortable, it is essential to spend at least 1 hour here for proper acclimatization to the altitude, making this the location for lunch.

Afterward, you will make your way down to Barranco Camp (3,900 m). At this location, you can view the renowned Barranco Wall, notable for its immense size and steep incline! The following day, you'll be climbing it, but rest assured, it has an easy hiking path.

The hike up the gorge wall is not challenging and takes about an hour. After the climb, you can rest and take photos in front of the Kibo volcano.

Next, you embark on a more challenging hike to Karanga Camp, which includes several ascents and descents along the way. Don't worry, though; our guides are skilled at setting a pace that suits you. Upon reaching the camp, a warm lunch will be provided. After a few hours, you'll need to complete the ascent to Barafu Camp (4,673 m), where a hot dinner awaits you. Although the climb is technically simple, the high altitude poses the biggest challenge. Each pair of climbers will have a personal guide to monitor their physical and mental condition during the ascent. Once you reach Uhuru Peak, you will spend a few minutes there based on the guide's instructions, after which you will return to Barafu Camp. Following a 1.5-hour rest, you will continue your descent to Mweka Camp (3,100 m).
