Tour Description
Day 0: Arrival
Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), a representative from Pundamilia Traverse & Escapade will greet you. After a brief introduction, they will transport you to your hotel in Moshi. In the evening, you'll have a briefing with the guide, who will ensure you are prepared to start the climb.

Day 1: Hike from Nalemuru Gate to Simba Camp
In the morning, a guide and a mountain support crew will meet you at the hotel to prepare for the journey. You will then travel by vehicle to the entrance of Kilimanjaro National Park northern entrance: Rongai/Nalemuru Gate (2,364 m). fter quickly handling the formalities of obtaining climbing permits and weighing the porters' luggage, you will begin your trek to Simba Camp taking you up to 2,671 m.

Day 2: Hike from Simba Camp to Second Cave Camp
Early in the morning after breakfast, the group will depart from Simba Camp to start trekking towards your second-high altitude camp: Second Cave Camp (3,450 m). This route is rather easy and will only take around 3 hours, so when you reach the camp, you will still have ample time to rest and explore the surrounding area. After lunch you will have a couple hours to rest, followed by an acclimatization hike in the direction of Kikelelwa Camp (3,600 m) on a stretch of the Rongai Route at a short distance with a 100-meter gain in altitude, after which you will hike back down to Second Cave Camp.

Day 3: Hike from Second Cave Camp to Kikelelwa Camp
Following breakfast, you will start your trek to Kikelelwa Camp (3,600 m), where you'll have the opportunity to view Kibo Volcano in all its glory, weather permitting. This day is designed for rest, allowing you time to nap after lunch in preparation for the next day's trek to Mawenzi Tarn Camp. In the evening, after dinner, the guide will assess the health of each group member and provide the necessary instructions for the following day's trek.

Day 4: Hike from Kikelelwa Camp to Mawenzi Tarn Camp
Rise early for breakfast before beginning the trek to Mawenzi Tarn Camp, located at the base of Mawenzi Volcano, Kilimanjaro's second highest peak. Upon arrival at the camp, enjoy lunch and a two-hour rest. Afterward, participate in an acclimatization hike towards Mawenzi Volcano, gaining 200 meters in altitude, before returning to Mawenzi Tarn Camp for an evening dinner.

Day 5: Hike from Mawenzi Tarn Camp to Kibo Hut Camp
Today, you will journey towards Kibo Hut Base Camp (4,720 m). The landscape will transform dramatically into a rocky semi-desert. The trek itself isn't very challenging, but it's important to maintain a suitable pace to conserve your energy for the ascent to Kilimanjaro's summit. Upon reaching the camp, we suggest you get plenty of rest, refrain from strenuous activities, and stay well-hydrated, as you will be climbing to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m) that night.
Change in Elevation: Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4,315 m) — Kibo Hut Camp (4,720 m)

Hiking duration: 5–6 hours
Day 6: Ascent to Uhuru Peak and Descent to Horombo Camp
Departing at night from Kibo Hut (4,720 m), you will begin your trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro: Uhuru Peak (5,895 m). While the trek is moderate in terms of physical effort, the altitude poses a significant challenge. Throughout the trek, each pair of climbers will have their own guide to monitor their stamina and mental determination. Once you reach Uhuru Peak, you will spend a few minutes there based on the guide's instructions, after which you will return to Kibo Camp. Following a 1.5-hour rest, you will continue your descent to Horombo Hut (3,720 m).

Hiking duration: 11–14 hours
Day 7: Descent from Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate
A warm breakfast will be provided in the morning, and then we will proceed to the Marangu Gate (1,879 m), the exit of Kilimanjaro National Park. Once you have descended, the entire crew will come together to congratulate you, and you'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts and expressions of gratitude. Finally, we will present you with commemorative certificates and arrange your transfer back to the hotel.

Relax at the hotel and then proceed to the airport.
